The following forms are used in De Anza's curriculum approval process and they reference articulation/transfer in some way. A set of reference materials is provided to assist you.

Basic Questions for Curriculum Writers

New Course Request
If the new course fulfills a transfer need, please fill out the transfer section on the "New Course Request Form". A course could fulfilll multiple transfer components: UC Transferable, CSU/IGETC, and/or Major Prep, though only one type is needed to justify the creation of the course based on transfer.
